HUMAN BE-IN VINTAGE BLUE TEE
Iconic vintage unisex blue t-shirt with short sleeves and rounded collar, HUMAN BE-IN flocked.
What's behind the design?
This design is a reference to the event which took place in San Francisco at the Golden Park on the 14th of January, 1967. This day is considered as the prelude of the Summer Of Love by introducing counterculture and "psychedelic" to the suburb.
This gathering was organised following a law banning LSD. Many underground personalities showed up to demonstrate their support. Timothy Leary who set the tone that afternoon with his famous phrase "turn on, tune in, drop out", Allen Ginsberg, Jefferson Airplaine, The Grateful Dead or even Quicksilver Messenger Service.
Behind their speeches, keys ideas were: personal empowerment, cultural and political decentralization, communal living, ecological awareness, higher consciousness & acceptance of illicit psychedelics use.
This garment is fully made of organic cotton and velvet printed in Paris.
We advise you to wash this garment upside-down at low-temperature (30°) and to favor a natural drying.
We have selected the finest organic cotton to realize this tee. The fabric is certified GOTS, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 et FAIR WEAR. These three labels guarantee quality and ethics all along the production process.
Fits true to size, fits true to the sixties. Take your normal size.
Those who are in between sizes should go up to the nearest size.
