SHIPPING

  • Orders are prepared and shipped on business days, from Monday to Friday.
  • As Good Morning Keith pieces are produced in small quantities or made to order, preparation time may vary from 3 to 25 business days, depending on the item and availability.
  • Once your order has been prepared, it will be shipped via Colissimo or another selected carrier. Delivery times are usually estimated at 48 to 72 hours for France, depending on the carrier and destination.
  • Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of your order and the delivery address. For any specific shipping request, please contact us at contact@goodmorningkeith.com before placing your order.
  • Please note that carrier delivery times are indicative. In case of delay, loss, or delivery issue, Good Morning Keith will assist you and open an investigation with the carrier when necessary.
  • For customers outside the European Union: customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees may be applied by your country’s customs authorities before delivery. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and remain the customer’s responsibility. Refusing to pay customs duties or import taxes does not make the order eligible for a refund.

RETURN & REFUND

If you change your mind, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags.

To request a return, please contact us by email at contact@goodmorningkeith.com before sending your parcel back. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

The customer remains responsible for the return parcel until it has been safely delivered to Good Morning Keith. Please keep your tracking number and proof of delivery until your return has been received and processed.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method. The refund may be deferred until we have received the returned item(s) or until you have provided proof of shipment.

Please note that original shipping costs are not refunded, except where required by applicable law.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made, made-to-measure, or personalized products
  • Numbered limited-edition items
  • Collaboration products clearly marked as final sale
  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or returned without their original packaging or tags

For these products, all sales are final, except in the case of a defective or damaged item.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at contact@goodmorningkeith.com as soon as possible, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review your request and offer an appropriate solution, such as repair, exchange, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.
