MUSICAL BRAIN SCAN SERIES: LENNY LYNCH
Dear music lovers, we're very thrilled to introduce you today a new Musical Brain Scan! We hope you had a groovy start of the week full of psychedelic and mystic adventures & thoughts. To begin October in the sweetest way, we propose you to discover the musical brain scan of Lenny Lynch. She is an American flower playing the guitar in a female band called Habibi. Make sure to remember their name, they're the one who will make you dance in the next few month.
On the 29th of October, they will release a two-song EP of original compositions, titled ‘Somewhere’ to inaugurate their signing to the legendary label Kill Rock Stars. The EP will move the unique four-piece’s sound into the escapism of disco club era New York City, an expansion upon their Detroit-bred garage roots. Habibi knows it’s time to cut loose and take you to the dance floor, enlisting producer Mike Stroud from Ratatat and Heba Kadry as mastering engineer. Fans of the Tom Tom Club and ESG will find here plenty to love.
In the meantime, go dance on "Somewhere They Can't Find Us" which came out 5 days ago.
