SHIPPING

  • Expeditions are made on business days (from monday to friday).
  • Orders preparation time can vary from 3 to 14 business days (maximum)
  • Shipping via Colissimo within 48h to 72h.
  • Our Shipping costs are fixed on the weight and localisation of the shipping adress. Do not hesitate to contact us if you need more infos.
  • We are not responsible for any loss or delay due to La Poste/Colissimo services.
  • For Non-UE costumers: Customs may impose fees and/or taxes on your purchase prior to delivery. To find out about customs fees, contact your country's local customs office. We are not responsible for any customs fees or taxes and they are not included in our shipping fees. These charges are usually collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - these are not additional shipping charges. Refusing to pay customs fees won't allow a refund.

    RETURN

    If you change your mind, we allowed returns during 7 days from the day you receive your parcel. You order will have to be return in its initial form and the shipping cost will be at your charge. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original packaging.

    We will ask you to join a copy of you billing in the parcel to avoid any frauds. Once the return inspected, we will send you an email to notify the good reception of your return. We will then notify the approval or not of your refund.

    Approved, your refund will be made as soon as possible via the payment method you used.

    If you are late in receiving your refund, check your account regularly. Do not hesitate to contact your bank, the repayment may take time. If you don't receive it, contact us at contact@goodmorningkeith.com.

    Please note that items sold or linked to offers are not refundable.

    Depending on your country, the exchange and refund times may vary.

    Note, we advise you to use and communicate the tracking number attached to your return. We do not guarantee the loss of your product or the miss/misspell of shipping adresses informations . We exchange defective or damaged products.     IMPORTANT: Items with price reductions of more than 10% our Return policy is NOT applicable. For these products all sales are final.
